Start-ups nowadays have the luxury to fully benefit from today’s flexible outsourcing services, from infrastructure set-up to HR facilities. By outsourcing as much as possible they focus on their core activities providing them maximal flexibility and growth potential. They do not carry the burden of inflexible staff, aversive of change and bringing the need for time consuming reorganisations before a new initiative can be started.
